About us

The ***Hotel and Restaurant Hirschen was opened by the Bleuer family in the centre in 1880. It is well known for its rustic, cosy ambience and its regional delicacies.

It offers 27 rooms, a sauna area and parking spaces.

The hotel is located at the heart of Grindelwald, in the midst of the inspiring Jungfrau region. You can get to many world-famous places of interest, such as the north face of the Eiger, the Jungfraujochand the "Swiss Jungfrau-Aletsch Alps" (which is a UNESCO WorldHeritage Area), in a very short time from here.

In summer, the lakes of Thun and Brienz tempt you to swim, sunbathe or take a trip on a boat.
